Hi! I'm Michele.
I'm a 47 year old mother of 2 teenage boys and one husband (lol!).
I lost 14kg 26 years ago.
But here's the truth - it's only in the last 8 years that I've been able to stick with a routine.
Not just any routine - my routine.
A way of eating and moving that fits into my life and the things I enjoy.
I love to exercise and eat well for how it makes me feel....
But I also love socialising.
Lunches, dinners, drinks with friends, takeaway nights with the family - it all matters to me.
And for a long time, I thought I had to choose between feeling good and enjoying life.
For 18 years, I tried every diet and exercise plan you can think of just to maintain the weight I had lost. You name it, I've done it.
Why?
Because I didn't understand the fundamentals.
I tried cutting out food groups.
I smashed HITT workouts in my lounge five days a week.
I let the scale dictate my mood, my motivation, and my self-worth.
But not anymore.
Now, I don't cut anything out.
I resistance train twice a week, around 44 weeks of the year.
I walk.
I eat what I enjoy.
And I have a completely neutral relationship with the scales - they hold no power over my day.
What changed?
I educated myself. I unlearned all the noise and confusion I'd picked up over the years. And in doing that, I set myself free.
Just like I didn't fail every time I couldn't stick to something - you haven't either.
Those diet and exercise plans? They failed you.
And changing that? Feels bloody good.
That's exactly why I'm now an Online Fitness, Nutrition & Mindset Coach.
I help women who feel stuck - because they're confused about what to do, or they can never stick to it - finally build a way of eating, moving, and living that feels good and works long-term.
Not something that takes over their life, but something that fits into it. So they can stop just surviving......and start thriving again.
This is one of my biggest joys in life.
I honestly feel better in my 40s than I did in my 20s and 30s. And you can too.
