My Story

Hi!  I'm Michele.

I'm a 46 year old mother of 2 teenage boys and one husband (lol!).

26 years ago I lost 14kg.

However it's only been in the last 7 years that I've actually being able to STICK with one diet and exercise routine.

MY diet and exercise routine that fits into MY life and the things that I enjoy.

As much as I like to exercise and eat healthy for how it makes me feel, I also love to socialise and LOVE having lunches, dinners, drinks with friends and takeaway nights with the family.

For the 19 years prior I tried every diet and exercise plan you can think of to try and maintain the weight I lost.  You name it, I've tried it.

Why?  Because I didn't understand the fundamentals to it all.

I tried diets that cut things out, I tried HITT workouts in my lounge 5 x per week, and I obsessed over what the scales were telling me short term and let them dictate my mood and day.

To now

Not cutting anything out of my diet, resistance training twice a week for only about 44 weeks of the year, walking and having a completely neutral relationship with the scales that have ZERO impact on my mood or day no matter what they say.

All from simply educating myself on the fundamentals and unlearning everything I thought to be true or what I must need to do.

Just like I didn't fail every time I couldn't stick to it, you haven't either.

It's that the diet and exercise plans you tried - THEY are what failed you.

And boy does knowing that and changing that FEEL good.

That's WHY I am an Online Fitness & Nutrition Coach.

To help Women who feel stuck.

I now coach Women who feel stuck because they are confused about what to do OR can never stick to a diet, to lose weight or maintain it in a way that feels good, is realistic to their life and how they want to enjoy it.

So that they can get the most out of life.

To start thriving again instead of just surviving.

And it's one of my biggest joys in life to do.

I FEEL better in my 40's then I did in my 20's and 30's.

And you can to.

No matter what age you are it's never to late to make changes.

For your life now and your life in the future.

The key is having the knowledge and understanding.  Pair that with guidance, support and accountability from a coach who truly cares and understands and you have a recipe for success.
